The production date differs from your order date. To find the production date, check the tag on the steel mechanism under the leg rest. If this tag is missing, contact the retailer where you purchased your Emily or Mary seating.
Stressless Power Seats do not need a battery to operate; however, for those who wish to put their seating further away from an outlet, or who do not want to hide a power cord, a Stressless Battery is the solution.
The Stressless Battery for Power Sofas fits Stressless Emily and Stressless Mary power seats. This includes single seats, loveseats, sofas, and sectional seating. One battery is required per seat, or per section, depending on the production date. When new, please charge your battery for a full 13 hours. To keep the battery active, charge once per month (we suggest overnight). The recommended charging time is approximately 8 hours.
